In the Saturday event listings, consider “Cooking with Kieffer”. This 10:00 a.m. seminar by Executive Chef and creator of www.healingpalate.ning.com Jason Kieffer explores how food delights the body, mind and spirit. Proceeds go to PHC.
An online auction will also benefit the Clinic and Park City Foundation – with items ranging from a 7-night villa stay on Ambergris Caye in Belize to tickets to the 2011 Masters Golf Tournament practice rounds.
