Approximately 40% of the People’s Health Clinic’s income is provided by private funders – including individuals, corporations, and religious groups, as well as a donation requested of each patient per visit.
Recurring Donations
Recurring donations give PHC a steady income we can count on throughout the year. Choose weekly, monthly or annually on the donation form and we will charge the card of your choice at the intervals you specify. You can choose any amount you wish. To make a recurring donation, be sure to check the proper option when you are filling out the form.
One-time donations
The success of The People’s Heath Clinic is dependent upon your generous support. Your contributions pay for a variety of medical services, medications, lab screenings, ultrasounds, vitamins and supplies in our clinic.
The average ER visit costs $1300; a visit to PHC costs $62, and the majority of that cost is covered by generous donors. Each patient seen at the People’s Health Clinic is one more healthy community member and may be one less uninsured patient seen at area Emergency rooms. Your tax-deductible contribution pays for a variety of medical services, medications, lab screenings, ultrasounds, vitamins and supplies in our Clinic.
PHC Respects Our Donors’ Privacy and Wishes
The People’s Health Clinic is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your donations are fully tax-deductible and we provide a tax receipt for all donations, whether monetary or for donated items. It is our policy to protect the privacy of our donors and their relationship with us:
•We do not trade or sell our donor information with any other organization.
•Donors have the option of making anonymous contributions.
•Donors may request changes to how often they are solicited.
•Donors may request to change how we communicate with them (by mail and email).

The Clinic is currently well-stocked with medical supplies such as braces and crutches.
